What is an HSE incident?

An incident that occurred, caused or threatens to cause damage (injury at work, deterioration of the health of employees, fire, collision of vehicles, negative impact on the environment, natural disaster, malfunction or damage of equipment that endanger or may endanger safety and health or the environment).

Who has the obligation to report an HSE incident?

Any employee, contractor/subcontractor or any third party who for any reason was at the scene of an HSE incident (participant/witness) shall immediately, without delay, inform the line manager or the host of the location thereof.

How do I report an HSE incident?

An HSE incident should be immediately reported to the line manager or the host of the location in person, by phone or radio, and if for any reason this is not possible, it should be reported to the factory officer on duty (066/8907711 or extension 7711).
